The All Ireland Final game of Dublin vs. Mayo took place on Sunday, September 17th. Nicky attended the match at Croke Park, and took a few pictures with fans (that can be seen on the fansite’s social media accounts at @TeamByrneMx).
Here he is giving a shoutout to “The Dream Is Alive” campaign, that supports twenty-one year old Adam Burke. Sadly, Adam suffered a devastating stroke resulting from an injury during a GAA football match. The stroke caused paralysis of his right arm and hand, weakness of his right leg, increased fatigue and crucially has impacted on the area of the brain that controls language and speech. He is doing well but they need to raise funds to ensure he can access the intensive therapy sessions he needs. For more information, watch the video and visit their Website.
Game is over, and England won 3-2. Even though I wish the results had been different, I still enjoyed every minute of the very exciting and intense game! Nicky was team captain and he played incredibly well! He should be proud of everything he did (as well as the rest of Team ROW). UNICEF raised £5,391,398 MILLION! Congratulations to everyone on all the hard work that certainly payed off!

Nicky was a guest on today’s BBC Breakfast, where he talked about his plans for the upcoming month of May. Here are some candids of him arriving and leaving the studio. Love how he always takes time to meet the fans… Such a lovely guy! 🙂
And here’s the full interview (thanks to nickybyrne.info)
Today, The Nicky Byrne Show came live from this year’s BT Young Scientist and Technology Exhibition. Many interesting things were shared + Mentalist David Meade joined Nicky and Jenny for a fun interview! I added 19 pictures to the fansite’s Gallery, so click on any of the ones below to view all of them:
