We’re celebrating this weekend because Nicky won 2 Gossies last night! That’s right, he has this year’s titles for Most Stylish Man and Best Radio Show! This doesn’t come as a surprise, since we know he always makes every outfit work. 😉 And what can I say about The Nicky Byrne Show? Cannot thank Nicky and Jenny enough for all the laughs and fun every weekday! They certainly make a great team that has won the hearts of not only Ireland’s residents, but many listeners around the world.
So congratulations Nicky for the very deserving awards! If there’s someone out there who works and gives it his all everyday it’s him. This is shaping up to be a fantastic year already!

This morning, The Nicky Byrne Show came from Eyre Square in Galway as part of their amazing giveaway with Electric Ireland. The show has been giving listeners the chance to win some serious cash since last week and are making many of their dreams come true!
You might be familiar with Breast Cancer Ireland’sStrictly Against Breast Cancer, since Nicky’s MC’d a couple of times. This year they’re organising the Battle Of The Stars, where survivors of breast cancer will perform on the night, along with a few surprise guests. New combinations will also be created in order to showcase a range of previously unseen singing, acting and dancing talents.
Like previous years, Nicky will host the event! Many celebrities will also be there, including Elaine Crowley, Eoghan McDermott, Shane Byrne, Jenny Buckley, Gerald Kean, Dave Crowley, George McMahon, Dave O Sullivan, Jenny Dixon and more.

It’s that time of the year again when the BT Young Scientist and Technology Exhibition takes place. Of course Nicky and Jenny were there to share information and interview many different people about their projects. Take a look at some of them:
Nicky was a guest on today’s RTÉ’s Today Show, where he talked about RTÉ’s new hit show, Dancing With The Stars Ireland. Here you can also see a quick recap of what happened during last night’s premiere and how Nicky can relate to what the contestants are going through, having participated in the U.K. original version of the series, Strictly Come Dancing.

UNICEF, the world’s leading children’s organisation, announced that Soccer Aid 2016 raised £6.6 million, smashing all of their previous records! The big event took place at Old Trafford on 5th June 2016, where celebrities, football legends and a crowd of almost 70,000 people came together for the 10th Anniversary of the star-studded event.
“We said we wanted to smash our fundraising record for Unicef and we did it! Thank you so much to everyone who came to the match or donated on the night; you helped make it the biggest and best Soccer Aid so far. In the ten years since Soccer Aid began we’ve raised £24 million for Unicef so they can help keep even more children safe. That’s incredible and something we could only dream of when Soccer Aid began all those years ago.”
Nicky and Jenny were outside Aldi at Ballyphehane, Cork, this morning. Joining them were some very talented girls from the Presentation Secondary School Choir and Chef Michael Quinn, who cooked some very delicious Christmas food for the two.
