Tonight’s Dancing With The Stars Finale is bittersweet. Of course we’re so excited to see who’ll win the glitter ball and Nicky’s most anticipated return to the dance floor, but it’s also sad to say goodbye to the series. It’s hard to believe how fast time went by these last 3 months!
Nicky tweeted a group picture with the whole team and teased fans on his dancing debut on the show! Everyone’s done such a magnificent job and I’d like to congratulate Nicky on all the well deserved and earned success.
To celebrate a series wrap, Nicky got a Gino’s Gelato truck on set! What an absolute star. 🙂
Nicky wished his Twitter followers a Happy Saturday, by posting another stunning photo of him and Georgina. Could this two get any more photogenic? ❤😍
After a busy morning, Nicky finally got to relax and spend some well deserved time with his family. They wore some pretty cool glasses and celebrated the occasion as well as Nicky’s mother in law’s Birthday! 🙂 Look at the amazing shots he shared on his Twitter. I have to say this picture of him and Georgina is one of my favourites!
Hope all of you had a wonderful day as well!
Your St. Patrick’s Day just got better! Nicky tweeted that he’s going to make a guest appearance on tomorrow’s Good Morning Britain. Starting at 6:00am, make sure you tune into ITV to see what he has to share with us about the special day!

Nicky and Jenny had a long chat with actor, Jason Donovan. He, as well as Nicky, participated on Strictly Come Dancing so he looked back at his experience on the dancing competition show. But that’s not all they discussed, the TV Soap ‘Neighbours’ was also mentioned, as well as his new show ‘Million Dollar Quartet’, coming to the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre from February 20th to 25th.

The full line-up for this year’s Dancing With The Stars has been revealed! The artists participating are: Dr. Eva Orsmond, Des Cahill, Aidan O’Mahony, Teresa Mannion, Hughie Maughan, Katherine Lynch, Thalia Heffernan, Dayl Cronin, Des Bishop, Aoibhin Garrihy and Denise McCormack. Best of luck to everyone!
Last week, Nicky spoke to Lifestyle on RTÉ and having experienced Strictly Come Dancing back in 2012, he had some advice to share with the competitors:
It’s a sad day because 7 years ago, Nicky’s dad, Nikky Byrne Snr, passed away from a heart attack. Today, Nicky payed tribute to him on Twitter, by sharing some very lovely pictures of them together. Sending him and all his family all my love today. I’m sure he is looking down on Nicky and no doubt he makes him proud everyday – Not only for everything he’s achieved, but for being such a wonderful person.
Raise your hand if Halloween is your favourite time of year! It’s certainly one of the bests. And Nicky made the holiday even better by tweeting a picture of his whole family wearing their respective costumes! A vampire, zombie football player, a scary clown, a little witch and a skeleton. Coolest family in the neighbourhood, hands down!
Did any of you guys dress up as anything Nicky-related? Make sure to share your costumes on Twitter: @TeamByrneMx.
It was Week 8 for Baldoyle Grange Utd, and they lost against Railway Union 3-2, on Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned, and Nicky really hurt his finger while saving a goal. If that isn’t dedication, then I don’t know what is. Feel better soon!
The 3rd Official Game of Nicky with Baldoyle Grange Utd took place this past weekend at the St Itas Hospital, Portrane. The team played against St Itas and they both scored 3-3, leading to a long penalty shoot-out, where Nicky scored Baldoyle Grange’s winning goal!
Make sure you grab today’s issue of the Irish Daily Star, featuring an article on this very same match! Congrats Nicky, so proud!
