On Monday night, there was a bombing attack at the Manchester Arena right after Ariana Grande’s concert. At least 22 people, including children, have been killed and 59 injured, making this the most deadly attack in Britain in a decade (via The Guardian).
The world is shaken by this senseless and heartless act of violence. It’s sad to see people lose their lives and go through very traumatic experiences when all they wanted to do is enjoy a concert and let go of their worries for two hours. Music unites us and I’m at a loss for words after seeing what some people out there are capable of – killing innocents.
Nicky has been showing support to all the victims since last night, and today’s The Nicky Byrne Show was focussed on sending love to everyone out there and keeping listeners updated on all the latest Manchester News.
Absolutely Shocked with the news from @ManchesterArena this evening. So sad. Let people know your safe ASAP.
